Modular outpatient clinic buildings - a regional program for the modernization of primary healthcare has been implemented in the region since 2021. Its main task is to ensure the availability and quality of primary health care and medical care in rural areas, workers' settlements, urban-type settlements and small towns with a population of up to 50 thousand people.
